I have always loved art and it has always been a passion and consistent joy in my life, since I can remember. I graduated at Texas A&M University, Kingsville and received my undergraduate degree in Fine Art in 1984 and became a licensed Art teacher. I have taught art in the public school system for several years. It gives me such a great feeling to have the opportunity to teach and a privilege to showcase my skills in the classroom. I am skilled in acrylic painting, water color, pastels, and Prismacolor drawings. I believe that everyone has the ability to create beautiful and interesting art, but truly inspiration is the key to individual success. My goal is to inspire kids and adults with the same vigorous motivation and passion that inspired me so long ago.
