I’ve been making art since I was very young and haven’t stopped since. I’ve taken art classes in school from kindergarten to my senior year of high school. After graduating I studied art at the University of Houston, taking sculpture, ceramic, and drawing studio classes. During my years at UH I’ve worked in rubbed graphite, charcoal, chalk pastel, done life drawing, and color and design. Ultimately my focus has become painting in acrylic but I occasionally work in watercolor, gouache, and draw digitally. I’ve found a wonderful home here at Cordovan Art School being able to share my love for art and what I’ve learned over the years with others.
