Alpa is a student at The Glassell School of Art, Houston. Apart from being a two-time recipient of scholarship, her paintings have been chosen to be displayed at exhibitions held at Glassell, the Sugar Land regional airport, and the lobby at Kinder Morgan office building in downtown Houston. Another piece of artwork was ranked 1st place at a juried show at the Imperial Art Alliance in Sugar land in April 2022. She also has been a resident artist for a gallery in Houston and The Silos in 2021-2022.
She enjoys working in an array of mediums like acrylic, oil, charcoal and pastels. Her work generally reflects inspirations drawn from nature and from the works of famous artists of the past and present.
