How does the fundraiser work?:

• It’s simple! Your organization will select a date and time for the fundraising event. You’ll send out the invites, and we take care of the rest! Your organization will get 30% of the proceeds brought in by all guests who show a copy of your event flyer or mention your organization at checkout.

When can I host a fundraiser or Spirit Night?:

• Your organization chooses a day and time that works best for you.

How far in advance do we need to book a fundraiser or Spirit Night?:

• You must book at least 3 weeks prior to the date of the event. (The sooner the better, because it takes time to get the word out!)

 What is the price for the Paint Your Own Pottery fundraiser?:

• Guests choose from hundreds of ceramic pieces.  The ceramics pricing starts at $9 and up.  There is also a $6 painter’s fee that covers the cost of paint supplies, brushes, kiln firing, and our trained artists who can help you choose a piece and get started on your masterpiece!

What is the price for the Acrylic Canvas Painting fundraiser?:

• $40 per person. All art supplies and instruction from a professional artist are included.

How long will it take for you to receive your fundraising check?:

• We will send your check to you within 10 days.

 Do you offer any other types of fundraisers?:

• Yes, for private workshops, please contact our office for more information on how we can create a personalized fundraiser to benefit your organization.
