Autumn Vann is a Texas-based mixed-media painter and aspiring art therapist. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in counseling, she is working towards becoming a Registered Art Therapist in Texas. Her work is inspired by the vibrant color palettes and expressive brushwork of the Fauvist movement and characterized by unrehearsed subject matter, encouraging a playful and spontaneous approach to art-making. Vann’s vivid color choices and bold compositions create visually striking pieces that evoke a sense of joy and energy. She has exhibited her work in numerous shows around Houston as well as in local volunteer projects.
