Wilma is a Puerto Rican 2d animator/ illustrator who grew up with a passion for drawing surrounded by the mountains of Corozal, Puerto Rico. She has a BFA in painting in the island’s Escuela de Artes Plásticas, and a MFA in 2d Animation from the Academy of Art, San Francisco. Back in 2013 she started her career in animation on the children’s TV show, Atención Atención, and has continued to work on animated short films, music videos, TV shows, and web content. Some of the things she enjoys drawing the most are people, in a realistic or cartoony way, things that happen in her life, and some of the farm animals she grew up seeing in Puerto Rico.
