Friends & Family are invited to attend this celebration of ART!

The 18th Annual Cordovan Student Art Shows were held at various venues throughout Austin and Houston, TX during May 2026, drawing artists, families, and friends from across Texas.

At Cordovan, we believe hard work deserves recognition. That’s why we invite professional artists from our local communities to serve as judges — bringing expertise and a discerning eye to honor each student’s dedication and growth.

Congratulations to all our student artists who entered this year. We hope you enjoyed the shows as much as we did!

Judges will give awards based on these categories:

Ages 4-5  |  Ages 6-8  |  Ages 9-12  |  Teens  |  Adults
Ceramics & 3D: Ages 6-12  |  Ceramics & 3D: Teens/Adults

The winners (including the Viewer’s choice awards) will be posted on Facebook within 1 week of the show. Best of Show winners will be posted on our website.

Submission Requirements:

• All art must be submitted to your studio within the timeframe listed above
• Students may submit up to 3 pieces of art.
• $10 for first entry and $5 for each additional entry (Payment must be made upon submission and will be charged to the card on file)
• All art MUST be framed or matted on sturdy mat board. This includes all canvas and canvas boards
• No entries will be accepted on notebook paper or scratch paper
• Print the artist name, artist age, title of artwork, and medium on the back of all artwork
• We request that all art submissions be from within the last 2 years at Cordovan Art School 
• Artists must take art home after the show ends at 8pm, or make special arrangements with the studio manager.
