Amari Lavergne

Amari is a Houston-based artist who earned her MFA in Studio Art from Houston Baptist University. While she works across multiple mediums and subject matter, portraiture is where Amari feels most at home. She loves experimenting with new techniques and letting her sensitive nature guide each piece. Outside the studio, you’ll find Amari taking care of her beloved cats, making fun beaded jewelry, and squeezing in a round or two of her favorite mobile games!
