Lane Montoya has been drawing since she was four years old and hasn’t stopped since. Earning a Bachelor’s degree in Media Arts and Animation at the Art Institute of Houston, she specializes in anime and comic art, space and western paintings, and body art design and face painting. She is currently working hard on releasing her own comic by the end of the year. She has showcased in anime and comic book conventions in Texas for the past two decades, taking a variety of commissions, and makes and sells jewelry. She loves teaching kids the joy of making art all over Houston. When she’s not making art, she enjoys reading, writing, and playing video games.
