4pm – 6pm Reception for Artists 12 and Under

6pm – 8pm Reception for Teen and Adult Artists

Awards will be given by age group in several categories, including anime and clay!
Due to Covid restrictions, we will NOT hold an awards ceremony at the end of the art show as we have in past years.  Ribbons will be placed next to art pieces by the judges prior to the opening of the art show.  The winners  (including the Viewer’s choice awards)  will be posted on our website 1 week after the show. 


Submission Requirements:

Submit art to your Cordovan Studio location by:
Monday, May 3rd


  • Students may submit up to 3 pieces of art.
  • All art must be submitted to your studio prior to May 3rd.
  • $10 for first entry and $5 thereafter (Payment must be made upon submission)
  • All art MUST be framed. This includes all canvas and canvas boards
  • No entries will be accepted on notebook paper or scratch paper
  • Print name, title of art piece and age on the back of all artwork
  • We request that all art has been done within the last 2 years at Cordovan Art School 
  • All art work will be returned to your studio for pick-up starting May 10th.
